VISIT TO Eltham Palace and the Ranger's House Blackheath (Wernher Collection) 2nd April 2012
“Glitz and Glamour” summed up our visit to Eltham Palace and Ranger’s House Wernher Collection. The Art Deco
of the Courtauld’s house contrasted with the medieval Great Hall of the original royal palace. The effect was
spectacular, as was the afternoon opportunity to reacquaint ourselves with the treasures collected by the Wernhers
and moved by English Heritage from Luton Hoo to Ranger’s House, Blackheath.
